Outreach Recruiter — North Central Michigan College

The Outreach Recruiter will assist the Director of Admissions in a variety of activities focused on the college's student recruitment efforts and engagement of students, both new and returning, in the North Central experience. The Outreach Recruiter is responsible for carrying out the enrollment goals for the College. Efforts include but are not limited to using all available recruitment methods: face to face, campus and community events, phone calls, and web-based interaction (email and text message).

Rural Philanthropy Fellows — Ralph C. Wilson Jr. Foundation

The Rural Philanthropy Fellows Cohort will be comprised of 15 fellows – 12 Ralph C. Wilson, Jr. Rural Philanthropy Fellows and three Herrick Foundation Philanthropy Fellows. Each two-year fellowship offers a professional a unique opportunity to make meaningful contributions to either Michigan or New York philanthropy and the larger philanthropic community. This candidate could be an emerging or established leader who is passionate about entering the field of philanthropy and having an impact. Through grant support made by the Ralph C. Wilson, Jr. Foundation and the Herrick Foundation, the Fellows will support and be employed by the community foundations to support their rural-focused efforts.

The Controller/Director of Finance, reporting to the Executive Director, is a senior member of MASO’s nimble leadership team responsible for ensuring the fiscal health, sustainability, and operational excellence of the organization and its affiliates. This role provides both strategic financial leadership and day-to-day management of all accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting functions.

Program Director responsibilities include managing program resources, achieving key performance indicators, training, and supporting staff, building partnerships with schools and community organizations, and analyzing data to drive strong program results.

Great Futures Coach — Wayne-Westland Community Schools

The Great Futures Coach will interact with students and parents and provide both groups resources and information about postsecondary education, college, and career. Other duties include helping students complete college application and admissions processes, sharing financial aid resources, organizing college fairs, and other college and career-focused tasks.

Out-of-School Time (OST) Grants Program Analyst — Michigan Afterschool Partnership

This position helps to implement grant competitions that meet state and federal laws and regulations and works alongside other OST Grant team members and with other MiLEAP staff to ensure department grant systems are effectively usable and functional for the field.

Director, Government Relations & State Partnerships — Common App

The Director will monitor legislative and regulatory developments, assess potential policy and market impacts, and provide strategic recommendations to leadership. They will also work to cultivate, pitch, and secure agreements with state systems, higher education agencies, and education coalitions, positioning Common App as a trusted voice and preferred partner in state and national higher education policy and access initiatives.

New and Emerging CTE Program Specialist — Michigan Department of Education

This position serves as the specialist for Michigan’s new and emerging Career and Technical Education (CTE) programs for the Office of Career and Technical Education (OCTE). Responsibilities include review of program applications, coordination of data systems (NexSys, GEMS, CTEIS), and the development and implementation of an annual review process to evaluate program effectiveness. In addition, the position leads efforts to advance equity and inclusion for special populations by analyzing data trends, interpreting federal legislation, and promoting effective transition strategies for underserved student groups. The specialist also participates in grant reviews, program monitoring, and compliance activities for all state-approved CTE programs, and performs other duties as assigned.
